Location RequirementsMust live within 50 miles and be able to work in our Las Vegas site at 420 E Pilot rd., Las Vegas, NV, 89119

Core Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated consumer issues and communicate updates and resolutions through various channel
  • Investigate cases, identify solutions, and make decisions balancing company policies and consumer needs
  • Work with teams to address recurring issues and provide training to improve front-line support
  • Monitor and identify potentially fraudulent activities
  • Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the company's ticketing system

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a consumer or technical support role
  • Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customer
  • Familiar with data management and administrative tasks
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must pass a criminal background
