We're searching for a Francophone Head of Operations to join our team. This position reports to the Country Leader / VP of Operations depending on the account and scope. The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations.
As a Operations Director, your duties include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality scores.
- Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to managers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and financial management to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a multinational organization.
- French Fluency (mandatory)
- Experience: Extensive experience in operations management within a BPO setting
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of BPO operations, performance management, and industry standards
- Strategic Planning: Ability to plan and set both short-term and long-term business goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational issues and implement effective solutions
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and senior management
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
