We are looking for a talented and accomplished French Quality Analyst & Trainer to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client /corporate goals.

 

Our client is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, bringing global, national, and industry-specific solutions.

 

In this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

 

  • Deliver training to new classes as per client and Foundever standards.
  • Build and deliver training updates to existing associates.
  • Lead all communication with the client regarding training updates, plans, and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, ensuring alignment with their expectations and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Take full ownership of the Training Road Map Tracker, ensuring it is consistently accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with program requirements.
  • Monitor training progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures when needed.
  • Provide updates, insights, and recommendations on training matters to drive program success.
  • Ensure that appropriate training and development is in place to address client quality initiatives.
  • Represent the role in all relevant meetings and conference calls, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
  • Provide relevant information for the Monthly Quality Report.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with supervisors and Team Managers / Project Leaders to discuss outputs of monitoring and training.
  • Act at least half a day per week as a CSR to keep up experience.

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

 

  • Native or proficient level of French - mandatory
  • Computer literate – word and excel intermediate level
  • Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills. 
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task.
  • Sales Skills.
  • People oriented
  • An element of gravitas
  • Experience with policy work
  • Early adopter of technology
  • Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
  • Ability to interact positively with staff at all levels
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal 
  • Availability to work 100% from Sete Rios site – mandatory
  • Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday 

 

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience
  • Experience as a Quality, Trainer or similar position
