We are looking for a talented and accomplished Logistics Coordinator to directly coordinate the logistics process and team by collecting and reporting all KPIs data from Foundever Operations, supporting Departments and leadership. Manage stocks and deliveries.

 

As a Logistics Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:

 

  • Under limited supervision, prepare, create and maintain databases & statistical reports used in financial/quality/performance management decision-making
  • Investigate and analyze data and decide upon alternatives to complete assignments
  • Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources
  • Investigate, analyze and assess trends and campaign/brand activity
  • Monitor, evaluate and assess unit productivity daily
  • Communicate with manager daily to resolve problems/issues, assess scores/trends and maximize efficiency
  • Manage delivery services with transporters and internal delivery support
  • Manage stocks of assets and consumables
  • Manage KPIs of tickets and requests
  • Manage requests for purchase orders
  • Creation of “ad hoc” reports under short timelines
  • Understand and comply with all company and client security requirements
  • Take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security 
    requirements and policies
  • Ensure that all staff (Foundever or agency/contract) working in your team comply fully with the security policies and requirements of Foundever and our Clients, ensuring your staff are given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 

  • Native or proficient level of Portuguese (C2)
  • Intermidiate level of English
  • Strong computer, communication and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Access/Database skills appreciated
  • Power BI experience highly valued
  • SAP Business Objects knowledge/experience highly valued
  • Ability to collect and assess large sets of data, dashboard creation and KPI evaluation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, make independent decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of a logistics center industry and operations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships and interact with all levels of management
  • Solution driven mindset
  • Availability to work 100% from site from Monday to Friday 9h - 18h 

 


Education and experience: 

 

  • Preferable college degree or related work experience 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Logistics management/coordinator role or experience in management reporting in a logistics center environment 
  • Mandatory knowledge and experience in Logistic field
