We are looking for a talented and accomplished Social Media Insights & Listening Analyst to join our team.
As a Social Media Insights & Listening Analyst, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conduct social listening and conversation audits across a variety of digital platforms
- Monitor brand reputation and potential crises, with daily tracking and detailed reporting
- Analyze online conversations and customer insights across social media platforms—including Facebook groups and forums—on relevant trends, products, brands, and companies
- Lead both quantitative and qualitative research studies, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Map and assess online debates and trending topics, identifying key arguments, influencers, and sensitivity levels
- Evaluate and report on clients’ social media performance, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Perform competitive benchmarking and track industry trends in social media, social listening, and customer care
- Stay up to date on the latest social media tools, technologies, and emerging trends
To succeed in the role, you will need to have :
- Mandatory: Master’s degree from a university, business school, or communication school, with a specialization in Data Analysis & Processing
- Mandatory: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (spoken and written)
- Deep passion for the digital and social media landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled in using digital analytics and social listening platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, or similar)
- Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Energetic, detail-oriented, inquisitive, and creative mindset
