Your mission will be to provide customer service in the Dutch language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.

 

Requirements:

  • Required languages: Dutch Native or bilingual.

  • Required experience: Experience in customer service.

  • Others requirements: Residence in Madrid.

 

What do we offer you?

  • Fixed contract with 2 months trial period.
  • Full time 39 hours/week.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
  • Modality of work: Hybrid mode (the trainings are on-site. Agents must attend the office at least one week per month). We are located in the area of Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14.
  • Salary of 22.000€/year.
  • Training start date July 15th.
