We are looking for a person with a native or bilingual level (C2) of Dutch and advanced level of English (B2) to provide customer service for a major international automobile company in an awesome project!

What will your mission be?

  • Handling and managing inquiries from high-end clients.
  • Identifying needs and proposing effective solutions.
  • Following up on cases using management and ticketing tools.
  • Representing a premium brand, ensuring high quality standards.

 

What do we offer?

- Cover contract with genuine prospects of continuity. 
- A salary of €20,000 gross per year.
- A full-time shift (39h/week) from Monday to Friday in rotating hours between 7:30 am to 8:00 pm.
- Training within a contract during three weeks from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

- Hybrid work at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides zone.

Requisitions:

  • Native or bilingual level (C2) of Dutch is mandatory.
  • Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Customer-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
  • Experience with ticketing tools is a plus.
  • Residence in Madrid or surrounding area or willing to relocate.

 

START DATE: July 1st.
