We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teleoperator for high-end automotive clients. This role requires native-level proficiency in German and advanced proficiency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions via telephone, email, and WhatsApp chat.

  • Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.

  • Proactively source services and experiences, ensuring a high standard of quality.

  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a solution-oriented approach.

  • Provide excellent communication and coordination, especially within the luxury industry context.

 

Requirements:

  • Affinity with luxury context and premium clients.

  • Excellent coordination skills.

  • Exceptional communication abilities.

  • Solution-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Relevant experience in the luxury industry.

  • Completion of initial and ongoing training programs.

  • Native-level German.

  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).

  • Residence in any area of Madrid.

Offer Conditions:

  • Permanent contract.

  • 39-hour work week.

  • Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs.

  • Salary up to €26,000 per month.

  • Paid training for 3 weeks starting on July 29th.

  • On-site work at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14.

  • Potential transition to a hybrid work model after the learning curve, with proximity to the office necessary for meetings and training.
