Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Portuguese? Do you have advanced English and Spanish skills and want to work for a prestigious high-end automotive company? We're looking for Technical support and Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Madrid!

 

👥 What you'll do:

  • Provide top-notch customer service in Portuguese, English and Spanish; via phone and email, to clients of a renowned luxury car brand.

 

💼 What we offer:

  • On-the-job training included in your contract. Start day: December 2nd.
  • Competitive salary according to the teleoperator category + language bonus (€22.500 gross per year).
  • Full-time contract (39hs) with a rotating schedule from 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm.
  • Monday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off!
  • Hybrid modality: On-site 3 days (at the client's offices based in Madrid) and W@H 2 days per week. 

 

 💪 What we need:

  • Native or bilingual level in Portuguese (Portugal).
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • Experience in technical support, ideally within the technology sector due to the nature of the terminology used (automotive experience is not mandatory).
  • Experience with social media is a plus.
  • Residence in Madrid is mandatory.
