Customer service advisor role

Your purpose will be to sell Foundever’s clients products and services to as many customers as possible through tailoring broadband, TV and mobile phone packages to meet the customers’ lifestyle and needs. This success will be rewarded with commission- you will see a rewarded for each package sold.

After training with us at Foundever you will be rewarded for truly understanding customers’ needs by tailoring a broadband, TV and mobile phone package that is perfect for them. Your goal is to sell our clients products and services to customers by matching appealing packages to their preferences and lifestyles.

If you have experience in retail, care, office work, sales or hospitality (whether that is bar, catering, restaurant, hotel or kitchen) then you have the perfect transferable skills. If you don’t have experience, don’t worry! We are very experienced at providing very specific training to make you a customer service expert. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping people and are able to talk on the phone. Computer literacy is also necessary.

Remember, the commission is excellent. Your reward will depend on your own drive to do well. We will support you with this by giving all the tools you need, but understanding your customer will drive your ultimate success.
