Job Description: 

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

Sources, recruits and interviews prospective employees for call center agent positions. Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsibilities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.  Partners with site management to understand and anticipate recruiting needs and ensure appropriate applicant flow.  Serves as company ambassador for recruiting efforts by participating in community events and building external business relationships. Supports retention-building activities to achieve and maintain related goals. Supports Recruiting Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities.


Education: Business-related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or general business.


Experience Target:  One or more years of successful volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Call center experience strongly preferred.


Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong, effective verbal and written communication skills.  Basic computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Strong planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks.  Effective time management skills. 



General knowledge of local employment laws with ability to ensure legal compliance related to recruiting activities.  Proven ability to successfully recruit agents to increase retention and meet high-volume recruiting needs. Demonstrated success as a business partner to leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.  Ability to develop effective business relationships both internally and externally.  Ability to influence others and present a positive company image.  Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities and issues while maintaining compliance of employment programs.  Demonstrated personal drive.
