Are you are hard worker that doesn’t shy away from a challenge as a customer service advisor, or just simply wants to try a new opportunity? Then we want to hear from you!

Our family friendly working hours range between 8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. Saturday working between 8:00-14:00 once every 7 weeks (No late nights or Sundays).

We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Foundever Maxim on a full time permanent contract

The Role

We're looking for:-

• Confident communicators and able to deal with customers via email and Telephone.
• Ability to deal with difficult conversations.
• Able to work with a level of autonomy.
• Excellent at navigating through multiple computer systems.
• Able to work as an individual but also contribute to our fantastic culture.
• Pro-active in resolving problems as and when they arise.
• Able to work to high levels of accuracy in a fast paced environment.
• Take satisfaction in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Is comfortable with multitasking and multi-screen environment.
• Strong team player with ability to organise, coordinate and execute on details

As well as a variety of other queries.

This is a phone based role, involving inbound and outbound calls,  with other back office tasks involving emailing and sending letters.

About You

What we need from you in order to be successful?

• A willingness to learn new skills
• Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time.
• Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
• A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems
• Previous utilities experience (desirable but not essential)
