Job Discretion:
- Candidate should be graduate, preferable BE Electrical.
- Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in same field.
- Responsible for facilities deliverables.
- Maintain a robust MIS and furnish details as and when necessary. MIS preparation and analysis; knowledge of ISO and other Audit functions. Liasoning & Statutory Compliance.
- Vender Management - Categories and Interact with different agencies/vendors to acquire quotes, rates for various requirements. Evaluate, negotiate and shortlist vendors, and coordinate with procurement team. Periodic vendor assessment and evaluation. Ensure that vendors adhere to statutory compliances and intervene in case of non-compliance. Vendor management for building and Infrastructure
- Look after General maintenance of the facility including plumbing, carpentry, plumbing etc.
- Drive a reduction in operational expenses.
- Smooth arrangements and flow for clients & VIPs, the organized events.
- Managing the Security, Housekeeping, BMS, Cafeteria, Pest control, Washroom Hygiene & other soft service related works.
- All Milaps related to Facilities to be addressed and closed without L2 escalation within TAT.
- Petty Cash Management
- Maintenance in server room /UPS room.
- Oversee BMS & Electromechanical Services -
- Critical Equipment Operations & Maintenance – 52 weeks PPP Planner & AMC of DG, UPS, ACs, Transformer, & Water Pumps.
- Operations & Maintenance – 52 weeks PPP Planner & AMC of Lift, CCTV, & Access control, Fire Alarm System, PA system & Fire Extinguishers.
- Maintenance Communications – All critical installations like DG, UPS and ACs quarterly maintenance, breakdown maintenance, Planned maintenance, communication (start and end), etc.
- Verify the records & face Electrical Inspections.
- Client Management, Safety Drill adherence, Standardization of services (Security drill, Lanyards), Look & feel across Location (Internal & external Signage, National consumables).
- Repair & Maintenance activity and confirm the schedule with the co-ordination of HK, BMS and security supervisor.
- Initiating scrap sales with co-ordination with finance and vendor.
- Safety audits observations and closure basis internal & external audit
- Reduction of Operating Facility Expenses
- Ensure First-aid and Medical Arrangements are tracked, maintained and refreshed or refilled on time.
- Provide Stationery and printing; other facility related duties to end customers.
- Managing consumables like Tea, coffee, water (drinking & general), HK material, etc.
- Should maintain Inventory MIS and Asset records and review regularly.
- Develop and implement contemporary facilities procedures to meet company needs and WOW the internal customer.
- Familiarize & Adhere to Company information security & quality policies and standards that relate to one's work.
- Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids & passwords.
- Awareness of access rights to information & information systems.
- Reporting information security incidents including but not limited to suspected viruses immediately.
- Ensure that critical data in the folders where it can be backed up & same is informed to Technology.
