  • End to End voice coach training ,Coaching across the floor ,BQ Management ,Telephone Ettiquates ,Design courses ,Voice Coach Coaching them on Behavior Skills Training ,Conducting Interventions for New Hire, training them on call Flow, and executing assessments ,Helping them on Live Calls and Chats with appropriate verbiage Creating scripts related to Call Flow, BST, language and communication ,Email Ettiquates Tone Intonation
  • NHT Training ,OJT ,Refresher Training ,PKT , Conducting classroom and E-learning refresher trainings ,
  • Voice Coach - Softskill attributes ,Pre process training ,Vocal Assestment ,Communication Gap ,Proconication Gap , Voice Coach Softskill Attributes ,Conducting interviews for New Hire ,Cultural Orientation training with New Hires, Email Etiquettes , Call structures etc,American Culture , Creating PPT on soft skill attributes, Daily Monitoring and Feedback Training and coaching bottom performers , Presentations regarding VnA training modules with clients Conducting assessments and Evaluation for new hire and BAU, OJT & BQ associates.
