International Voice & Non Voice for Technical Support and Customer Service
1. Age: 20 years to 40 years
2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
6. Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Salary: As per Market Standards

Job Profile:
1. International Voice (Technical Support)
- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
- Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
All Interviews will happen over telephonic or Skype.
