•         The candidate need to have immense experience of Quality Management Process in the BPO world. 
•         The candidate should be a graduate.
•         The candidate will be required to lead a team of Quality Analysts
•         The candidate should be excellent in his communication skills. This is required for client calls. 
•         The candidate needs to be MS Office proficient. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
•         The candidate should be flexible with shifts
