Sitel has four sites in Metro Manila, with its headquarters spread across two buildings in OJV and Technopoint. Located in 1 Doña Julia Vargas, Pasig City.

Just a few minutes away is our Sitel Eton Cyberpod - which holds the highest number of associates - approximately 5,000. Completes the Metro Manila sites is Sitel Pioneer located in Mandaluyong City.

Primary Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will interact with the customers to provide them with the information and assistance they need on our client’s products and services over the phone.

Job Summary

Sitel is looking for passionate customer service associates who can live and breathe our core values.

We’ll also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, online chat, or email.

Customers will rely on you to answer their questions, address their concerns, and help them with a particular product or service.
