We are looking for a talented and accomplished Senior Team Manager to lead an assigned team at Foundever and ensure the team meets or exceeds client and corporate goals across operational and people metrics. This role focuses on KPI management, regular coaching and development, compliance, and continuous improvement. 

 

As a Senior Team Manager in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the performance of a group of Team Managers
  • Enable their Sales potential and coach to performance on all client KPIs
  • Host WBR and MBRs
  • Carry out client facing Action Plans
  • Lead and manage multiple sales teams and Team Leaders to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including conversion rates, revenue, productivity, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team performance and client outcomes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning for Team Leaders and agents.
  • Analyze sales reports, trends, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, and HR teams to improve operational performance.

 

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

 

  • Native our proficient English (mandatory).
  • Computer literate – word and Excel intermediate level Skills:
  • Experience managing outbound or inbound sales campaigns.
  • Client-facing account management experience.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and performance analytics.
  • Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience handling large teams across multiple shifts or locations. 
  • People-oriented
  • An element of gravitas
  • Experience with policy work
  • Early adopter of technology
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision
  • Ability to interact positively with staff at all levels
  • Availability to work 100% from our site in Porto.

 

 

Education and experience

  • Minimum – 2/3-year college degree or directly related work experience.
  • Strong background in Sales and client communications.
