We are looking for a QA Analyst in the EMEA region (CET time zone) to join our globally distributed team of AI evangelists to build reliable, scalable and secure GenAI-powered products. You will help us shape the future of CX by assuring we deliver high-quality products to our users by validating the quality of new features and releases.

Job Summary

We are seeking a user-centric QA analyst with interest and familiarity with AI, to join our growing AI Department, to contribute to the QA efforts for Foundever´s GenAI-powered products that will have a substantial impact on the business and allow our 170000 associates to thrive.

The QA analyst will work closely with Engineering, Design and Product to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products by ensuring quality targets are met and we achieve an on-going optimization of our QA process and methodology.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Work as part of an agile development team, responsible for sharing quality principles and methodologies with the team, help the team keep quality in mind and ensure quality targets are met.
  • In collaboration with PM; analyze requirements and user stories to elaborate comprehensive test cases, definitions of acceptance criteria and write test scenarios.
  • Develop and execute manual tests to verify that new functionality and designs meet the desired functionality from end user´s perspective.
  • Detect and isolate defects and provide complete and accurate bug reports and track their resolution.
  • As part of our QA team; share and establish QA best practices, tools and ensure continuous improvement to our testing processes.
  • Ensure the established QA practices, tools and methodologies are applied in your squad.
  • Follow the quality assurance process to make sure we deliver products that meet high-quality standards.
  • Cross-functional communication with Product Management and R&D teams on the state of health of the product and proactively raise potential issues and problems of the product.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in QA in an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with different testing methodologies.
  • Experience writing and implementing clear and concise testing plans and test cases.
  • Experience testing and evaluating AI capabilities is a bonus.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
  • A thorough problem-solver with an analytical and results-driven mind.
  • User-centric with strong attention to details.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • A real team player with the ability to work in a distributed international team.

Education

Masters in Engineering
Bachelors in Computer Science or a combination of education and work experience

Language

  • Excellent written and spoken technical English.
  • French or Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Tools and Applications

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Experience with QA automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright).
  • Knowledge of CX tools and applications is a bonus.
