Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Product Manager with deep interest and familiarity with AI, to join our growing Qelp Product & Design team, to steer the development of Foundever´s Digital and GenAI-powered products that will have a substantial impact on the business and allow our 170000 associates to thrive.
As the Product Manager for AI Products/Projects, you play a pivotal role in steering the success of our AI-driven product offerings. Leveraging your strategic mindset, market understanding, and leadership skills, you will guide the product team in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that leverage artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring that our AI products align with both market trends and ethical AI practice
Primary Job Responsibilities
Product vision & strategy: define and communicate a clear AI product vision aligned with business goals, market trends, and ethical standards.
Roadmap & execution: create and manage an AI-focused product roadmap with milestones, KPIs, and data-driven priorities.
Cross-functional leadership: coordinate AI/ML engineers, data scientists, devs, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure integrated delivery.
Market insight: conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging technologies.
Stakeholder & partner management: build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (research labs, vendors).
Team leadership & development: mentor product team members, promote interdisciplinary knowledge sharing, and foster an innovative, user-first culture.
Ethical AI & privacy: champion user-centric design while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Launch & go-to-market: lead product launches and GTM plans in coordination with marketing, sales, and support.
Performance & iteration: track metrics and user feedback, apply analytics to iterate and optimize product performance.
Budget & resource management: allocate budgets and resources to balance practical delivery with innovation.
What you need in order to succeed
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technically challenging products preferably with AI functionality.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, software engineers, QA)
Skills/Abilities
- Strong communicationboth written and spoken (Engnlish fluency required).
- A problem-solver with an innovative and analytical mind.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Deeply knowledgeable of agile and scrum methodologies, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to create, maintain and prioritize backlogs, write comprehensive user stories and plan efficient sprints
Education
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, and machine learning principles.
- Experience with UX design, user research, and testing.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Power BI/Data Studio, GA, or Amplitude is beneficial.
