The Digital Services CCaaS Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments.  This entry level role is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in project management by gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of seasoned professionals.  The CCaaS Project Manager will support project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. 

This is a remote role, candidate must be located and eligible to work in India.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist senior project managers in coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and organize project documentation, including schedules, budgets and risk management plans
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues
• Quality Assurance: Assist in inspecting and evaluating projects to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience managing complex projects across various industries and or product types

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Corporate Education or equivalent

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software 

• Knowledge in project management methodology, such as PMI, Agile, etc. 

• Experience understanding and monitoring of project KPIs

• Risk management skills

• Problem/crisis management skills - if they occur during the project

• High level of negotiation and communication skills 

• Analytical capacity for data interpretation and report production

• Fluency in English required

Preferred

• Experience with corporate digital products and services 

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management Methodologies (i.e. Certified ScrumMaster) 

• Postgraduate degree in project management 

• Additional fluency in French, Spanish and/or Portuguese
