As a customer resolution specialist, you'll be at the forefront of resolving complex customer issues with care, fairness and professionalism, you'll handle escalations across the company's products, ensuring every customer feels heard, supported and treated in line with regulatory and company standards.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, values empathy and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment. You should have a keen eye for investigation.

What We are Looking For:

Must legally be able to work and reside in the state of Ohio

Must be at least 18 yrs of age

Highschool diploma or equivalent

The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings

Must pass a background check
Key Skills:
- Expert in managing and resolving customer concerns via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Skilled in investigating issues by gathering and analyzing relevant information
- Proficient in delivering fair, timely, and compliant outcomes
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage empathetically with customers, even in challenging situations
- Knowledgeable in ensuring all cases meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Experienced in identifying trends and contributing insights to improve customer experience
- Collaborative team player focused on resolving root causes and preventing repeat issues
Home Setup Requirements:
- A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 25.0 Mbps download speed and 10.0 Mbps upload speed
- A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
