Brokerage Operations Service Specialist - Work From Home

Foundever is now hiring Work from Home Brokerage Operations Service Specialists who are based within 100 miles of Orem, Utah! This is a fantastic opportunity for talented professionals with active FINRA licenses, including Series 7 and Series 63, to join one of the fastest-growing financial brands in the world. 

In this role, you’ll help customers trade stock in their favorite companies with as little as $1, thanks to our innovative free fractional trading feature. As a Brokerage Operations Specialist, you’ll support the Front Office functions of our growing broker-dealer subsidiary. Reporting to the Brokerage Operations Service Lead, you’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing inbound communications for investing brokerage accounts. 

 

 

Please note: This position is primarily remote, and candidates must reside within 100 miles of our Orem, UT site. There may be occasional requirements to attend on-site training or meetings at our Orem location. Additionally, candidates who live within 50 miles of the Orem site may be considered for an on-site position.

What We Are Looking For

  • Must have active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 (or Series 66 in place of Series 63) 
  • Must live within 100 miles of our Orem site 
  • Have 1-2 years of customer service experience in broker-dealer or financial operations 
  • Knowledge and respect for SEC/FINRA regulatory and compliance rules and regulations 
  • Must legally be able to work in the US 
  • Must be at least 18 yrs of age 
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent  
  • The flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends 
  • Must pass a background and check

  • Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers 
  • Strong problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability 
  • Quickly and accurately identify customer needs and share the appropriate solution to their questions and account-related issues in compliance with Firm procedures 
  • Manage and triage Investing related issues using internal tools and systems 
  • Document interactions and escalate issues with empathy to enhance customer experiences 
  • Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products 
  • Enhance content in the Support Center and collaborate with other teams to find answers and support teammates 

Home Setup Requirements

  • A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 25.0 Mbps download speed and 10.0 Mbps upload speed  
  • A quiet, distraction-free space is essential
