Req ID#:  418809

Remote, Any Location, PT

Job Description:

Come and work with us.

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Global Digital Marketing Strategist to shape the strategy and performance approach for digital recruitment campaigns across all three regions. The role translates hiring priorities and market insights into practical, measurable plans that help regional teams attract qualified candidates and improve the journey from first contact to hire. The position works directly with the Global Social Media Lead and closely with Digital Hub Managers, Talent Acquisition, social media POCs, and other global and local partners, while enabling each market to adapt the approach to its specific audience.

As a Global Digital Marketing Strategist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Translate global and regional hiring priorities into clear digital recruitment strategies, campaign plans and channel recommendations.
  • Partner with the APAC, EMEA and Americas Digital Hub Managers and local Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring demand, candidate profiles, market conditions and operational capacity.
  • Help build full-funnel plans across paid social, search and other relevant digital channels, with audience segmentation, localized messaging and clear roles for each channel.
  • Recommend channel mix, investment levels, campaign timing and forecast scenarios using hiring targets, historical performance and market conditions.
  • Guide campaign planning and optimization across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, setting practical standards for structure, tracking, quality checks, testing and performance reviews.
  • Monitor performance from spend and leads through applications and hires. Identify changes in lead quality, conversion rates and funnel drop-offs, and recommend actions that improve hiring outcomes.
  • Own the global performance reporting approach, maintaining dashboards and producing regular reports that explain what happened, why it matters and what teams should do next.
  • Coordinate global digital media budget planning and pacing, providing allocation recommendations and surfacing risks or opportunities early.
  • Share expertise with regional specialists through coaching, playbooks and practical guidance, supporting consistent measurement while allowing local teams to execute in-market.
  • Work with social media, creative, analytics, recruitment and local stakeholders to connect campaign activity with employer brand and recruitment goals.
  • Keep current with platform changes, digital recruitment trends, measurement practices and AI tools, applying them responsibly to improve planning, analysis and productivity.

How success will be measured:

  • Success is measured by the quality and impact of recruitment outcomes, supported by reliable reporting and effective regional execution. Measures may include:
  • Campaign contribution to hiring targets, including qualified leads, applications and hires.
  • Cost per lead and cost per hire against agreed targets, alongside lead quality and conversion through the funnel.
  • Improvement in conversion rates and reduction of avoidable drop-offs across campaign journeys.
  • Accurate forecasting, budget pacing and timely identification of performance risks or opportunities.
  • Reliable tracking, dashboards and reporting that give regional teams and stakeholders clear, actionable insight.
  • Useful testing cadence and documented learnings that can be applied across markets

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Fluent in Portuguese & English, written and spoken.
  • Confidence analyzing performance data and connecting channel metrics to business outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 4 and Meta analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, landing page builders such as Instapage, and tracking pixels or conversion tags.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent, and the ability to apply them effectively in digital marketing workflows.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach, combining the ability to set direction with an understanding of effective campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify the drivers behind performance and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage timelines and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionablerecommendations for different audiences.
  • Collaborative and culturally aware, with the ability to work effectively with regional teams and adapt strategies to local contexts.
  • Proactive and continuous-improvement mindset, with a willingness to test new ideas, share learnings, and simplify ways of working.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or recruitment marketing, including planning and optimizing paid campaigns.
  • Experience translating business goals into multi-channel campaign strategies and measurable plans.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, campaign tracking, conversion measurement and structured testing.
  • Hands-on experience with self-service advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and experience with TikTok Ads. Spotify Ads, Reddit Ads or similar platforms is an advantage.
