Job Overview

As a Claims Support Representative at Foundever, you'll support a multinational Insurance provider — no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career.   

Please note: A distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old.    

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.  

  • 1 year of relevant work experience.   

  • Open availability during operating hours a must!  

  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential.      

If you reside within 50 miles of our on-site locations, you will be offered an onsite role.

  • Customer Service Aptitude: Strong ability to deliver exceptional service and create positive customer experiences.
  • Technical Support Capability: Provide day-to-day support for network infrastructure, desktop systems, software, and hardware following paid training.
  • Reliability: Consistent dependability, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Active Listening: Ability to listen attentively, ask clarifying questions, and respond appropriately to caller inquiries and concerns while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to assess situations, analyze information, and develop empathetic, solution-focused resolutions.
  • Service-Oriented Mindset: A genuine desire to support others with patience and compassion.
  • Organizational & Task Management Skills: Ability to prioritize responsibilities, stay organized, and manage multiple system inputs in a structured environment.
  • System Navigation & Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple system tools and resources to efficiently search for answers, document interactions, and resolve issues.
  • Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.

Home Setup Requirements

  • Provided Equipment: Foundever will ship the necessary equipment.  

  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless 

  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.   

  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
