RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform General Ledger accounting functions applying GAAP or IFRS, including, but not limited to, Revenue accruals and Cost journals
• Perform critical FP&A functions for the current Operations, including administering accounting journals, DMT, Forecast, AR, AP approvals, Invoice validations, and Balance Sheets
• Administer Optimal models and provide Operations with additional intelligence tools to guide/enhance decision–making
• Create, develop, and maintain data architecture components to support reporting capabilities for Operations
• Interpret Operational data and convert it into accurate measurements of financial performance
• Administer financial reporting functions for the Country
• Promote education and understanding of business requirements and resource–optimization practices across business functions
• Administer Ad – hoc reporting functions to manage response times and liaison with other departments to deliver functional reporting tools in conjunction with COR
• Create, develop, and maintain financial statements, performance dashboards, and other intelligence tools
• Support regional leaders with the design and implementation of business models, market strategies, and executive reports
• Reinforce accounting policies including GAAP and IFRS and support internal operating requirements
• Ensure data accuracy through the appropriate administration of the mapping tools at hand
• Administer Capacity Management data and Sales Pipeline entries
• Liaison with Department Leads to promote sound financial management practices
• Perform and document variance analysis
• Prepare monthly Invoice summaries and financial consolidations
• Perform additional functions as required by FP&A Manager
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree, equivalent education, or relevant work experience in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
• Excellent communication skills, both, verbal and written
• Strong analytical, statistics, and troubleshooting skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to learn complex Workforce Models
• Proactive and creative
• Client/customer management skills
• Capable of handling stress and driving results
• Ability to work under pressure and short timelines, while maintaining quality of results
