Oversees the development and implementation of strategies to build a talent pipeline for key positions and foster an inclusive culture, aiming to attract, develop, and keep talent..

Senior VP Talent Management, Inclusion and Employee Engagement reports directly to Chief People Officer and is responsible for shaping and implementing a comprehensive strategy to cultivate a thriving organizational culture. Their primary objective will be to establish and integrate initiatives that ensure a robust talent pipeline for key positions while fostering an environment that is not only inclusive but also engaging for all employees.

They will be at the forefront of shaping the organization's future, working collaboratively with executive leadership to translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies. Their leadership will be instrumental in identifying and developing key talent, ensuring a seamless integration of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and fostering an environment where employees feel empowered and connected to the company's mission.


Key responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a talent management strategy that ensures a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Develop and embed an inclusion strategy
  • Be the global process owner for Talent Management (TM), Career Performance Management (CPM), Internal Mobility and employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop and implement a strategy to deliver meaningful experiences across the employee journey to optimize engagement and create great places to work across our global footprint
  • Drive consistency and high levels of adoption across our programs
  • Work in a matrix environment and lead a geographically dispersed team
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR leaders to deliver solutions that solve for the short, mid and long term – including the Exec and Board
  • Create a community of leaders to share and adopt best practices
  • Build capability across the leaders and manager to grow and nurture talent



  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or related field
  • Experience in working as a strategic business partner with senior leaders
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Experience designing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies
  • A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to tailor the message and tone to different audiences and channels

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field



  • Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English


Tools and Applications

  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with Foundever’s internal tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Harver etc.) would be a plus
  • Knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and similar is a plus
