Description

We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual Dutch who speaks English (B2 level).

Your mission will be to provide support to a company specialising in warranties and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage for possible incidents that customers may have.

✔️ What do we offer you?

• Temporary contract with a duration of 4 months with real possibilities of continuity.
• Training within the contract from 9h to 17h30 that will be in English.
• 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week) from Monday to Saturday.
• Salary of 22.000€ gross per year.

💬 What do we need?

• Advanced level of Dutch (minimum C1)
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
• Residence in the Seville area.
