👥 Your mission will be to receive calls and to provide support to a company specialized in guarantees and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage against possible incidents that customers may have.

💼 What do we offer?

• Salary of 18,5k euros gross per year.
• Temporary 4-month contract with real possibilities of continuity.
• 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week).
• Afternoon shifts in 5-day working weeks from Monday to Sunday (two Saturdays a month are free).
• On-site training within contract from 11th to 26th December with 9:00 to 17:30 schedule

💪 What do we need?

• Native or bilingual level of English.
• Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
• Ability to adapt to the client.
