Description

We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual NORWEGIAN who speaks English (B2 level).

Your mission will be to provide support to a company specialising in warranties and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage for possible incidents that customers may have.

 

✔️ What do we offer you?

  • Temporary contract with a duration of 4 months with real possibilities of continuity.
  • Online Training within the contract that will be in English.
  • 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week) from Monday to Saturday.
  • Shift from 8 to 20:05h. and Saturdays from 9 to 17h. (Two Saturdays a month are free).
  • Salary of 22.000€ gross per year.
  • Position in 100% teleworking mode with contract from the first day of training.

💬 What do we need?

  • Native or bilingual level of Norwegian.
  • Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
  •  Ability to adapt to the client.
