Description
We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual NORWEGIAN who speaks English (B2 level).
Your mission will be to provide support to a company specialising in warranties and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage for possible incidents that customers may have.
What do we offer you?
- Temporary contract with a duration of 4 months with real possibilities of continuity.
- On-site training within the contract that will be in English (from June 22th to July 3rd).
- 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week) from Monday to Saturday.
- Shift from 12:05 to 20:05h. and Saturdays from 9 to 17h. (Two Saturdays a month are free).
- Salary of 22.000€ gross per year.
- This position is on-site at our Seville offices, with a contract from the first day of training.

What do we need?
- Native or bilingual (C2) level of Norwegian.
- Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
- Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
- Ability to adapt to the client.
- Based in Seville or willing to relocate, with availability to work on-site.
Start date: 22/06/2026.
