Our office in Sofia is based near the city center and employs more than 700 people, supporting 32 languages all around the world. For one of our campaigns, we are looking for passionate and customer oriented Customer care Specialist with Slovenian (part-time).

As a Customer care Specialist with Slovenian you will provide customer support to Slovenian speaking customers and promote a positive corporate image by demonstrating appropriate conduct, high quality, professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions with customers.

Description

The role:

  • Respond to a wide variety of consumer queries by phone, email & chat and provide technical and commercial support for client's products and services;
  • carries out customer inquiries in timely and correct manner by predefined rules when escalation is needed;
  • keep up to date regarding client's product portfolio, new products, technological changes and procedure updates as they arise;
  • identify, research and resolve product issues up to, and including identifying part/product replacement requirements and execute solution in line with local procedures;
  • understanding customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
  • advising and informing customers regarding client's products and services;
  • navigating multiple systems simultaneously in order to update e-records promptly and accurately;
  • proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.


The candidate:

  • Has excellent command of Slovenian or Latvian language (preferably C1);
  • has good command of English language (level B2 required) - for training purposes and systems;
  • has to possess affinity in technology and to be a fast learner;
  • experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial;
  • can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
  • has proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
  • has good computer literacy.
