Customer Service Professional with English

Fully on-site in Warsaw

Base salary: 5000-5700PLN gross per month

Hourly salary: 31,4PLN gross

 

 

Your daily tasks:  

  • Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail/Phone);
  • Updating records related to each case;
  • Helping patients who are using medical equipment;  
  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; 

 

What do we expect from you?  

  • Language: proficiency in English (C1), both spoken and written;
  • Experience: not mandatory, but it's beneficial to have experience in medical projects/interest in diabetes related topics;
  • Technology: developed knowledge of MS Office and computer skills;   
  • Personality: motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic;
  • Approach: proactive, assertive, willing to professionally handle challenging conversations and topics, well developed communication skills.

Working conditions:  

  • Work from our Warsaw office (address: Taśmowa 7, Warsaw)
  • Basic salary + bonuses depending on performance (after 3 months of working on the project).

  • Recruitment Team will reach out to chosen candidates and invite them to initial screening stage:
  • Language, customer service and computer skills assessments (online);
  • After successfully completing your tests, you will be invited to an online interview with the Recruiter;
  • Chosen candidates will be invited to the last stage of the process - an online interview with one of the Project's Team Managers.
