We are looking candidates for the position of:
Customer Service Professional – Italian Speaker
Location: Warsaw, Mokotow
On this position you will be responsible for telephone and e-mail, administrative support to users of Equinix - global brand IT services (support customer requests such as modifying, cancelling or updating existing orders).

- Native/fluent Italian
- Ability to communicate in English (B2 level)
- Interest in technical area is an asset
- IT literacy (Windows, MS suite)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team work oriented
- Basic customer experience
