Location: Poland
Your daily tasks:
✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);
✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
What do we expect from you?
🌍 Language: Proficiency in Croatian (C2/native) and English (B2)
💼 Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project
💻 Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
🌞 Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
