Customer Service Professional with English
On site in Warsaw
Base salary: 5000-5700PLN gross per month
hourly salary: 31,4PLN gross
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail/Phone);
- Helping patients who are using medical equipment;
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in English (C1), both spoken and written;
- Experience: it's beneficial if you have experience in medical projects/interest in diabetes related topics;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic, not afraid of learning.
