🌟 Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian and English 🌟

Location: Remote work

Your daily tasks:
✅ Providing logistical support related to customer orders;
✅ Ensuring the highest level of customer service (Chat/Email/Phone);
✅ Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards;
✅ Performing daily tasks efficiently and on time;
✅ Achieving quality goals related to calls and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?
🌍 Language: Fluent in Hungarian (B2) and English (B2);
😇 Great personal manners, empathy, and attention to detail;
🌞 Motivation and eagerness for growth;
🖥️ Access to broadband internet via Ethernet cable;
🌐 Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mb/s download and 20 Mb/s upload.

Working conditions:
📜 Type of contract: Employment contract
