Your daily tasks:
✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail/Phone);
✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
✅ Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction
What do we expect from you?
🌍 Language: Proficiency in Italian (C1) and English (B2);
💼 Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
💻 Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
🌞 Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working Conditions
📜 Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
⌚ Flexible working hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);
