Your responsibilities:

✅ Supporting and developing internal communication activities and initiatives that increase employee engagement;
✅ Creating engaging content for internal and external communication channels;
✅ Collaborating with managers and the HR team on communication and employer branding projects;
✅ Supporting marketing activities and helping build a strong employer brand for Foundever.

This role is for you if you:

🌍 Have previous experience in communication, marketing, recruitment, or employer branding (mandatory);
🇵🇱🇬🇧 Have excellent command of both Polish and English;
📝 Have strong content creation and copywriting skills;
🤝 Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with different teams;
📅 Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively;
🏢 Are available to work in a hybrid model from our Warsaw or Gdańsk office.
