🌟 Quality Manager with Polish and English (Hybrid in Warsaw)🌟 

Some of your tasks will involve:  

✅ Execute EMEA standardized quality processes, with alignment with Operations Managers and Compliance Manager; 

✅ Maintain and continuously improve the quality related processes based on Client and Foundever requirements;   

✅ Organize/Reinforce development plans for the continuous growth of the Quality/Product Specialists; conduct regular performance reviews including appraisal plans; 

✅ Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities to improve the quality of provided services.; 

✅ Support Quality/Product Specialists to develop and implement action plans necessary to meet and exceed required levels of quality. 

This job is for you if:  

🏠 You are able to work in hybrid mode in Warsaw; 

🌍 You have fluent command of spoken and written Polish (C1) and English (C1) (Both);  

📋 You have at least 12 months of experience in Customer Service Quality Analyst/Specialist positions; 

🌞 You are motivated and growth oriented, capable of independent work; 

💡 You think logically, and are good at problem-solving and introducing improvement solutions;
