Your Daily Responsibilities:

✅ Troubleshoot hardware issues via telephone, including device exchanges for in-warranty cases when necessary.

✅ Utilize advanced knowledge of a wide range of policies and procedures relevant to the area.

✅ Coach and enhance agent performance, driving overall team effectiveness.

✅ Serve as a highly skilled specialist in one or more specific areas.

✅ Understand departmental challenges and how related functions interact to achieve objectives.

✅ Stay updated on industry trends and the latest advancements.

What We Expect from You:

🌍 Language: Fluent in Polish (C2/Native) and advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2)

💼 Experience: Previous experience in a technical customer service specialist L2 role is a must.

🔍 Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and technical problem-solving skills.

🌞 Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute.

Working Conditions:

📜 Type of Employment: Employment contract or student contract for those under 26.

🏢 Work in Our Modern Office: Located in Warsaw's Mokotów, with hybrid work options after six weeks of training.

🕒 Work Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.

⏰Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
