Your Daily Responsibilities:

✅ Quality Monitoring: Review calls and interactions to ensure adherence to company protocols and quality standards.

✅ Performance Evaluation: Analyze and assess agents' performance using quality metrics.

✅ Providing Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback and coaching to agents to enhance their customer interactions.

✅ Reporting: Prepare reports on quality metrics and trends to identify improvement areas.

✅ Process Improvement: Collaborate with different teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

✅ Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

What We Expect from You:

🌍 Language: Fluent in Polish and good knowledge of English (B2)

💼 Experience: Previous experience in a technical quality assurance role is a must.

🔍 Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and technical problem-solving skills.

🌞 Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute.

Working Conditions:

📜 Type of Employment: Employment contract or student contract for those under 26.
