🌟 Technical Support Customer Service Specialist with Spanish 🌟
Location: Warsaw, on-site
Your daily tasks:
✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (E-mail/Phone);
✅ Tracking calls in systems, managing escalations by logging and tracking cases in systems;
✅ Performing log analysis: indexing, pattern recognition, correlation analysis, etc.;
✅ Securing and deepening client retention, contributing to an excellent customer support and recognizing/promoting suitable products and services;
✅ Encompassing 2 levels of technical support:
- Advanced advice which involves addressing complex network issues requiring programming and database administration;
- Technical advice including configuring software and servers.
✅ Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

What do we expect from you?
🌍 Language: Proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B1-B2);
💼 Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
💻 Technology: Developed computer skills, interest in the IT industry;
🌞 Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
📜 Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
💰 Basic salary + bonuses;
⌚ Working hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (8 hours a day);
🏢 On-site work in our new office in Warsaw
