Overview 

 

Foundever is seeking a Compliance Analyst in our Wise, Virginia location for a highly visible and client-facing position that will perform compliance audits in accordance with our client contracts and regulatory requirements, in addition to Foundever policies and procedures. This position will participate in the global-level management and implementation of physical, operational and information compliance, incident management ensuring the site(s) and business units comply with Foundever security policy, client contractual and regulatory requirements. This role is an onsite role five days a week in the Wise, Virginia location.

 

This position is an on-site role that will report to the Global Compliance Manager, and work in close conjunction with our clients and internal Foundever departments to coordinate the implementation of Compliance principles and values, responsible for the Compliance support of the country/facility.

Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead engagement for the implementation of Foundever’s Global Compliance Program, ensuring that recommendations meet the needs and standards of Foundever clients.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during the client life cycle, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client compliance matters.
  • Participate in audits, buildouts, client contract review, and conducts client risk assessments, reviews client security measures and contractual obligations.
  • Review client processes to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures, and local laws and regulations.
  • Identify gaps, violations and compromises to regional line management, internal customers, and department leadership.
  • Support local implementation of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans for Accounts.
  • Support the standardization of key processes including physical security, business continuity, crisis management plan, country risk evaluation and disaster recovery to assure consistency.
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to line management and leadership on compliance needs affecting the success of Foundever Compliance Organization.
  • Provide regular communications to Foundever’s business units on best practices, internal security policy, regulatory and privacy compliance, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain technical competence in security and auditing methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Support corporate leadership and provide insight and trends on current security issues and handle complex research and analysis to ensure overall high global security performance.
  • Provide administrative reporting, consultation and employee assessments for any assigned employees.
  • Perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested.

 

Qualifications 

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit/Risk Management and Compliance.
  • Experience in a variety of security architecture, concepts, techniques, and technologies.
  • Highly proficient MS application use, including Excel and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communications in English.
  • Situational and client-relationship awareness.
  • Data mining and analytics and General IT knowledge.
  • Effective analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills and a motivation to work independently.
  • Effective project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, & balance multiple tasks and/or projects to ensure target dates & goals are achieved.
  • Accurate monitoring & reporting of compliance and risk management metrics. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or demonstrable role-related certifications required in an operational business management related field.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Capable of solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Salary Range 

The base pay range for this position in the United States is $43,000 - 59,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
