Scammers are falsely recruiting via online applications using the Foundever™, Sitel Group® or Sykes name to acquire personal and financial information from candidates. These individuals often find their victims on snagajob.com, facebook.com, linkedin.com and other job boards and websites. They conduct online interviews and send counterfeit Foundever employment offer letters.
Unfortunately, this is a very common fraud scheme (scam) that has been going on for years from purchasing an item online to obtaining employment at various large organizations within and outside our industry.
How You Can Identify Recruitment Fraud:
- For Foundever employment opportunities, visit our official website at jobs.foundever.com
- All legitimate email addresses from Foundever employees will end in @foundever.com, @sitel.com, @connect.sitel.com, @sykes.com, no-reply.Sitel@online-onboarding.com, system@successfactors.com, @paradox.ai, @makipeople.com, or @harver.com; you will never receive an email from a gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc.
- Foundever will never ask you to interview via Google Hangouts or Telegram Messenger
- Foundever will never offer you a check to purchase your work-from-home equipment
- Foundever will never ask for payment, your financial information or transfer of funds from candidates during the recruitment and hiring process
- If you are contacted by someone whom you suspect may not be appropriately representing Foundever or believe you have been a victim of job recruitment fraud, contact us via Facebook Messenger or email at securityteam@foundever.com
