We are looking for an Operations Manager Deploy to lead the AI Project Management Office (PMO), to oversee and deploy GenAI-based products across the organization. This role involves strategic alignment, resource planning, risk management, and supporting project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
About the job
The Operations Manager Deploy reports directly to the Chief AI Officer and leads the AI Project Management Office (PMO). This role ensures strategic alignment, resource planning, and risk management for GenAI-based product deployments. The Operations Manager Deploy will also support product managers in delivering successful projects, and lead a small team of junior project managers and product deployment.
Key responsibilities

Participate in the creation of strategic plans, focused on product deployment

Facilitate client evaluation processes

Structure and manage project timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking

Implement project governance, schedule meetings, and support meeting facilitation

Assist project managers in resources, budget, and deadline planning and monitoring

Support change management initiatives, including impact studies and change plans

Ensure cross-departmental communication to facilitate the successful deployment of AI products across the organization

Manage and mentor a small team of junior project managers/product deployment personnel
Experience
-
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Tech or AI sector

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience in overseeing deployments and ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Familiarity with change management and risk management practices

Demonstrated project management skills, including resource planning and progress tracking

Experience in people management, preferably within project management or operations team
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent communication skills in English, C1 level minimum

Experience in the CX industry is a plus

Education
-
Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Languages

Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English

Any additional languages are a plus, preferably French
Tools and Applications

Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Familiarity with CRM softwares & platforms is a plus
