Job Description: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Director to flourish within a high-profile position at Foundever. You will be part of a high-performance, cross-functional account team and will ensure Foundever are in a position to drive their wallet-share of accounts whilst promoting our organisation as a strategic partner to our clients.

You will be an experienced Account Director and able to demonstrate a track record of leading a client services team in the BPO industry.


You should have extensive experience maintaining positive client relationships to encourage retention and successful increase of scope. Accountable for the delivery of growth targets for the account and liaising with the Operations team to understand operational delivery.



  • Client’s needs and strategy: having access and visibility on client’s strategy to allow us (Foundever) to position additional solutions and increase our wallet share on the business; stay in tune with changes, anticipate and be always one step ahead of the client.
  • Perception: driving client's perception of Foundever from "outsourcer/vendor" to a "strategic partner", mitigating the risk of others offering to do the work cheaper and faster.
  • (One team, one account): removing the silos of sites/regions, making sure that client is understood by operations and support functions, communicating constantly at every level of the organization.
  • Foundever vs. Client: balancing between client and Foundever parties is a fine art. AM function has no direct authority on the operations and P&L, but yet functions as the account owner and escalation point with the client. The AM has to add value and triage on this point, ensuring the interest of all parties and levels (client, Foundever) are assessed carefully before commitments are made.
  • Solutions: ensuring offer pragmatic, tailor-made, client-specific solution matching a specific need vs. products Foundever wants to sell.
  • Trends: staying appraised on industry trends, Foundever offering, products and client’s industry vertical proactively, utilizing the information effectively to support the account strategy, client solutions and account development.



Leadership: Proven ability to manage people and accounts, including large scale logo growth in scale and diversification.

Expertise: 5+ years in an Account Management role, minimum 3 years as Account Manager.

Communication Skills: Excellent Interpersonal/communication skills, communicating at all levels.

Ability: Excellent numeric and negotiating skills.

Critical Thinking: Effective problem-solving skills.

Employee Perfomance: Performance Management skills.

Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of BPO industry & general business management.


Salary: £65,000 - £72,000 per annum

Work Location: Home-based (UK only)

Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days annual leave, plus 12 bank holidays

Contract Duration: Permanent
