As the Continuous Improvement Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work hand-in-hand with team members and stakeholders to translate problems and inefficiencies into innovative applications that help the client be better, faster, and stronger.



As a Continuous Improvement Developer, your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for software development projects
  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing software applications and solutions
  • Use best practices for efficient and well-documented code in R, Python, and other languages as needed
  • Developing RPA solutions to automate business processes
  • Designing and implementing effective UX/UI solutions
  • Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methodsResearching and staying up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Communicating progress and challenges to team members and clients



To succeed in the role, you will need to have:


  • Advanced level of English skills (C1)
  • Process Analysis & Design
  • Uipath Orchestrator
  • Robotic Enterprise Framework
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre/Operational environment Ability to translate operational challenges into solutions. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work independently and with a cross functional team,
  • Bot dev for Windows/Citrix/Web Apps
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to generate robust documentation
  • Process implementation
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece





  • 3+ years of experience in programming and software development
  • Regional stakeholder and portfolio management
  • Familiarity with BPO operations 
  • Strong knowledge across desired programming languages:  Uipath, Json, SQL, VBA, .NET, C#, Javascript, Google AppScript, Python, API, server, HTLM, CSS, Lowcode, DAX, Powerquery, R language
