Job Summary

In this occasion, we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy with a native level of German and advanced English language skill.
Responsible tasks include answering complex technical customer issues by phone and online web tools and to provide support to other departments of our client. The Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy is responsible for using communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of our client.
We offer:
- Permanent full-time contract.
- Working hours from 8 to 16.
- Competitive salary of 21000 gross/annual euros + 3500 gross/annual euros of incentives.
- 4 weeks training under contract.
- Training start date 03/04/2023 and training hours from 8 to 16.
- Office based work with a later possibility of working remote.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Requirements
    · A technical associate degree or equivalent combination of education is required. An electro technical qualification is preferred.
    · or an (Higher) Electric Technical Vocational Certificate / Diploma (CicloFormativoGradoSuperior) or comparable experiences
    · Basic understanding of mathematical concepts, including graphical representation of data
    · Deeper interest of PV/Solar technology and systems: PV/Solar- inverters, -modules, -monitoring & control, as also storage, and e-mobility systems, standards and normative requirements
    Required languages
    · German - Native or bilingual
    · English - Advanced (B2-C1)

    Place of training and onboarding will be in Barcelona
