Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.
Main Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma
- Experience in customer service or call center is desirable
- Colombian Citizenship or work permit
- Full time availability
- Intermediate to Advance English Skills
- Strong Computer Skills
Skill Required
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to communicate effectively & clearly.
- Ability to read disclosures and financial terminology
- Communicates effectively in a positive and diplomatic manner.
Customer Service Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills (no CS is required).
- Ability to empathize with the customer.
- Ability to build and gain the customers trust by listening & understanding, and where possible, exceeding their needs.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze issues and find appropriate solutions for customers' inquiries.
- Ability to approach problems logically with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Ability to quickly resolve problems with accuracy.
- Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient
- Ability to probe effectively by asking open-ended questions
Technical Skills:
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- Skilled in accurate data entry.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Answer Incoming Calls to customer service Lines.
- Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
- Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.
